TJS Group Selected to Provide Project-Management Support at GSA’s White Oak Federal Research Center

TJS Group has been awarded a new task order to deliver dedicated Project-Management and Facilities-Support services at the U.S. General Services Administration’s (GSA) White Oak Federal Research Center in Silver Spring, MD.

The engagement assigns an on-site Project Manager to the GSA White Oak Field Office, supporting the team that oversees more than 4.5 million ft² of mixed-use space across 660 acres occupied by the Food and Drug Administration and the U.S. Air Force. Our responsibilities include developing scopes of work, independent government estimates, procurement packages, and providing full construction‐management oversight for repair, alteration, and capital projects across the campus.

This award underscores three industry essentials:

  1. Mission Continuity. Large federal research campuses depend on disciplined project controls to keep critical facilities safe, compliant, and operational.

  2. Specialised Expertise. Federal O&M and construction projects require managers fluent in FAR, PBS standards, and multi-agency coordination.

  3. Value Assurance. Professional oversight protects taxpayer investment by driving schedule adherence, quality assurance, and life-cycle asset performance.

We are excited to continue our relationship with GSA and to contribute to the continued success of White Oak’s mission-critical operations. For additional information on TJS Group’s federal facility-support capabilities, please contact info@tjsgroupinc.com.
